Abu Taleb, a farmer from Hogla village in Jagannathpur union of Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia district, father Gafur Sheikh. The Krisak Abu Taleb dynasty is involved in agricultural work.

 In the last financial year 2019-20, SME farmers were selected through the 3rd Phase (1st Amendment) project for production, storage and distribution of high quality pulses, oil and spice seeds at the farmer level. He was nominated as a Small and Medium Seed Production Entrepreneur. He received training from this project and other members of his family also received training. Training is given on how to produce and store seeds. From then on his quality of life began to improve. At first he got 6 bigha exhibition of onion seed production from that project. He carefully implemented the exhibition successfully and received a total of 360 kg of seeds from the exhibition at the rate of 60 kg per bigha and stored them as complete seeds. He earns a total of 21,60,000 / - (twenty one lakh sixty thousand rupees) by selling seeds at Rs. In that year Khesari got 3 bighas of exhibition. He carefully implemented the exhibition successfully and got a total of 640 kg of seeds from the exhibition at the rate of 260 kg per bigha and stored them as complete seeds. He earns a total of Rs. 56,600 / - (Rs. 58,800) by selling seeds at Rs. 60 / - per kg. In that year, he got 3 bighas of Maskalai exhibition. He carefully implemented the exhibition and successfully received a total of 360 kg of seeds from the exhibition at the rate of 120 kg per bigha and stored them as complete seeds. He earns a total of Rs. 36,000 / - (Rs. 36,000) by selling seeds at Rs. 100 / - per kg. In that year, 3 bighas of lentils were exhibited. He carefully implemented the exhibition successfully and got a total of 960 kg of seeds from the exhibition at the rate of 320 kg per bigha and saved as complete seeds. He earns a total of 96000 / - (ninety six thousand rupees) by selling seeds at Rs. 100 / - per kg. In that year 3 bighas of sesame were exhibited. He carefully implemented the exhibition successfully and got a total of 720 kg of seeds from the exhibition at the rate of 240 kg per bigha and saved as complete seeds. He earns a total of 72000 / - (seventy two thousand rupees) by selling seeds at Rs. 100 / - per kg. Get 1 bigha exhibition of jute in 2020-21 financial year. He took care and successfully implemented the exhibition and got 30 kg seeds in 1 bigha from the exhibition. He earns a total of 7500 / - (seven thousand five hundred rupees) by selling seeds at Rs. 250 / - per kg. In the financial year 2020-21, mustard got 3 bighas of exhibition. He carefully implemented the exhibition and got 240 kg of seeds per bigha from the exhibition. A total of 720 kg seeds are stored. In the financial year 2020-21, 6 bighas of onion are exhibited and 5 bighas are privately available in a total of 11 bighas in the field. On their own initiative, Kalojira produces seeds in 3 bighas of land. He got 90 kg seeds per bigha from the exhibition after careful implementation and successful implementation. A total of 260 kg of seeds are stored. On his own initiative, Dhania produces seeds in 2 bighas of land. He got 230 kg of seeds per bigha from the exhibition after careful implementation and successful implementation. A total of 480 kg of seeds are stored.

He has so far received seasonal training from the project, seed packing instruments, seed packet packet handling, digital measuring instruments and has applied for a license as a seed trader. He has been relentlessly contributing to the country's economy by working in agriculture. Seeing his unprecedented success, many SME farmers of Joypurhat district came on a motivational tour and were very happy to see the success of the farmer and many farmers wanted to be entrepreneurs and other farmers in the area are adopting him as a model.

Due to his seed production technique, good seed quality and germination rate of about 95%, the farmers of the village became interested in buying seeds from him. Following his technique, other farmers in the village have also saved the produced seeds. He is now a successful entrepreneur.

On 10/03/2021 AD Deputy Director, Kushtia, District Training Officer (DTO), Additional Deputy Director (Grain) Kushtia, Upazila Agriculture Officer Kumarkhali and Deputy Assistant Plant Protection Officer Kumarkhali, Kushtia, Local Chairman, Farmers Representative and distinguished persons. Participated in Field Day and Review Discussion of Onion Seed Production Block Exhibition of -21 season and visited the field. The Deputy Director requested everyone to cooperate with him in marketing onion seeds. He became a seed trader entrepreneur after receiving training in seed production techniques, storage, packing and marketing methods of pulses and spices.
